COIL COATING PRETREATMENT
CONDORINE SG 503 AL
Slightly alkaline degreaser to be used to clean surfaces from oils and zinc oxides. The product is mainly used in the cleaning of coils prior to coating.
CONDORINE SG 515 AL
Highly concentrated and rinseable degreasing product. It can be used on all metals. Available in SG 515 BT version for use at low temperatures (30-40°C).
CONDORINE SG 519 AL
Alkaline product for the continuous degreasing of coils and the simultaneous etching of aluminum and/or galvanized surfaces.
CONDORCOAT NB 100
Traditional nitro cobalt treatment to produce a complex iron, nickel and cobalt oxide conversion coating. Excellent for paint adhesion.
CONDORCOAT NB 170
Conversion product based on complex oxides, free from Co and Ni for coil coating lines.
CONDORCOAT EC 900
Chromium-free nanotechnological multimetal product for dry-in-place passivation. It can be used on phosphating or conversion to complex oxides.
CONDORCOAT EC 940
Chromium-free multimetal nanotechnological conversion-passivation treatment. It can be diluted in water in a spray line and in the chemical coater.
CONDORCOAT EC 960
Chromium-free multimetal nanotechnological conversion-passivation treatment. It can be diluted in water in a spray line and in the chemical coater. It provides a lightly colored coating.
CONDORCOAT EC 980
Resin-free dry in place nanotechnological conversion coating. To be used in spray lines diluted with water.
CROMCOAT CR 617
Trivalent and hexavalent chromium salts-based conversion and passivation treatments.
CONDORCOAT PR 2020
Pretreatment prier used on coated steels (i.g. hot dip galvanized) or aluminum. It provides a thin organic and inorganic anticorrosion layer of approx. 1 μm thickness.
ULTRAFILTRATION - M400 - MINERVA
M400 and MINERVA units are used to continuously regenerate acid, alkaline and neutral aqueous matrix degreasing baths used in painting and in the mechanical, metallurgical, food industries, etc. (For solvents see Diana unit – section: Lubrication)
