Diana C 500 units are proposed for the continuous regeneration of hydrocarbons, synthetic oils and mineral oils. The regeneration cycle provides for the continuous elimination of the pollutants which generally cause the aging of these fluids, i.e. water, metals, soaps, non-reactive salts, oxides, degradation polymers, complex metals, etc.
Blade Oil coalescing oil separator allows the continuous elimination of microparticles of free oil dispersed in the testing and degreasing tanks and in the coolant emulsions, thus prolonging their life. The lamellar coalescence clarifier allows to purify oily emulsions and degreasing by simultaneously separating sedimentable materials (oxide, chips), floating materials (oils, hydraulic fluids, soaps, etc.) and dispersed suspensions.
Separ units are used to treat spent oil emulsions. The emulsions are separated in oil-free water and in oil that can be disposed through the waste oil consortia.
The ZEFIRO units are used to batch process different types of wastewater. In particular, they allow to treat spent emulsions, separating the water from the oil, and to regenerate water-soluble coolants and spent degreasers.
Water-soluble coolant, based on vegetable soaps, it is primarily used to replace the classic emulsions in molding and shearing operations.
Evaporable lubricant, based on isoparaffins, is mainly used in light cold forming operations.
